THE workshop package
Our idea was to organize a well-founded further education for ourselves and to invite service design colleagues to participate. For this reason, participants pay only the price necessary to cover our costs: EUR 850.00 net (plus 20% VAT)
Included are:
Dinner and drinks as well as the overnight stay are not included in the package and have to be paid by each participant at the venue.

- Exclusive, 2-day workshop (29.-30. August) with service design colleagues at a beautiful seminar location in Vorarlberg, Austria
- Workshop led by top expert
- Few participants for intensive learning
- Catering during the workshop: 2x lunch and coffee breaks
- Workshop materials and documents

THE GUEST ROOMS
We recommend that all participants stay overnight at the venue and arrive the evening before. For guests arriving from further away, it might make sense to spend the night in Bad Rothenbrunnen on Friday, too.
The rooms have charm and are partly furnished with hundred-year-old furniture. There is cold and warm water in the room, but shower and toilet are on the floor. A little swab to be able to spend the night in such a magical place, don't you think?
Cost per person per night including breakfast:
2 persons sharing a double/twin room: 52,00 Euro plus 1,90 Euro tourist tax
Double room/twin room for single use: 67,00 Euro plus 1,90 Euro tourist tax
Single rooms are already fully booked.

For the workshop to take place, we need at least 12 participants.

cANCELLATION CONDITIONS
We can only accept cancellations in writing and in compliance with the deadlines.
We host the Masterclass for our service design friends and colleagues. The format is not profit-oriented, with the fees we cover our costs. The cancellation conditions are intended to regulate the financial risk in a fair manner. A quality feature of our offers is the limited number of participants. We know from experience that places cancelled at short notice often cannot be sold again, even if waiting lists exist.
Deadlines and cancellation conditions:
- For cancellations until 17th of July 2019, 23:59 we do not charge a cancellation fee.
- Until 14th of August 2019, 23:59 we charge 50% of the participation fee.
- From 15th of August 2019 and in case of non-participation without prior cancellation we charge 100%.
The fee does not apply if a substitute participant is named or if we can pass on your place.
